Permits and road bands:
Customers are required to promptly inform TMH Industries Inc. of any road bans or special permits before placing an order. Our trucks are unable to venture beyond city streets without the appropriate permits unless the delivery destination is privately owned land.
Driveways:
TMH Industries Inc. adheres to a strict policy of not allowing our trucks to traverse residential driveways due to their size, which can potentially cause damage or cracking. Should a customer request a truck to access a residential driveway, we must emphasize that TMH Industries Inc. assumes no responsibility for any resulting damage to the driveway or property. Crane Truck - Picker:
Reach: 15 feet from the road
Maximum load weight: 6,000kg or 12,500lbs
A picker truck delivery is ideal for transporting bags and palletized materials to sites lacking off-loading equipment. Our picker truck comes equipped with a built-in crane capable of setting pallets at locations ranging from 1 foot to 15 feet from the city curb. Please note that the crane's reach and drop availability are contingent on material weight, site conditions, and the final decision will be at the discretion of our truck driver.

- Need a drop over a fence (subject to overhead site concerns)
Flatdeck and Moffett (Forklift):
Width: 9 feet of clearance
Reach: drive to the customer-indicated drop site
Maximum load weight: 27,000kg or 59,525lbs

- Can drop anywhere on a site accessible by the forklift
Dump Truck:

Tandem Axle Dump Truck: 19,500kg or 42,900lbs
A dump truck is the perfect choice for bulk materials such as gravel, loam, or mulch. Our dump trucks are capable of transporting 10 yards of gravel or 12 yards of loam or mulch per delivery.
